Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Swift Moves LLC, we value transparency and fairness. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve your move date and time.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits are date-specific and do not carry over to future bookings.

If a move is not scheduled or completed within 30 days of the original booking request, the deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in full loss of deposit and may incur additional charges.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Rescheduled moves must occur within 30 days of the original move date.

Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for:

Change of mind

Delays caused by customer readiness

Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer

Weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control

Any approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Right to Refuse Service

Swift Moves LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or not as described at the time of booking.

Agreement

By submitting a deposit or booking services with Swift Moves LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
